The bike racks on the 29th Street side of 30th Street Station have been removed. But not to worry: They’re still at the station.
Due to ongoing work on 30th Street Station’s facade, Amtrak recently moved the racks located on the 29th Street side of the station.
Some of the racks have been placed further away from the station building to the 29th Street median islands, and other racks will be placed on the 30th Street side of the building.
Amtrak is not eliminating any bike parking at 30th Street Station during construction. They are merely relocating parking to make way for a scaffolding system that is being erected on the 29th Street side of the building.
