A bridge replacement project on the Pennypack Trail near the Ed Kelly Amphitheater is progressing.
Over the past 10 days the bridge structure has been put in place but there is still a considerable amount of work before the project is finished. In the meantime a continuous ride on the Pennypack Trail requires a short detour uphill to the adjacent streets.

This bridge construction has been pending for quite some time — so, in spite of this current activity, we will be hosting two Pennypack Trail rides in August.
On Saturday August 5th there will be a Wellness Partners Biking Day will begin at the Rhawn St trailhead, Picnic Area #5 (RSVP for this ride – call 215-967-4514).
