At today’s Commonwealth Financing Authority meeting, five number of Circuit Trail projects and four Circuit Connection projects were awarded funds from the Greenways Trails and Recreation Program. This is one of the state grant programs that benefits trails and bike/ped facilities, and this is good news for The Circuit. Keep reading to see the specific projects getting funded.

#442 – Coopersburg Saucon Rail Trail Completion – Borough of Coopersburg – $250,000
#447 – Schuylkill Trail East Construction – Upper Providence Township – $195,000
#459 – Royersford Riverfront Park & Trail Phase IV – Royersford Borough – $100,000
