Bike PHL Facts: Our Report on the State of Bicycling in Philadelphia

by | August 19, 2014 | Biking in Philly, Featured, research | 0 comments

This week we are proud to release our newest report on the state of bicycling in Philadelphia. Bike PHL Facts is the first of two tandem (ha!) reports we will issue this fall based on the bicycle counts we conduct annually in September and October.

The first half of the report, Bike PHL Facts, crunches and examines our bike count data spanning the years 2005-2013. We identify Philadelphia bicycling trends, and place bicycling in Philadelphia within a national context. The second half of the report, which will contain policy and infrastructure recommendations based on this data, will be published in September.

Subscribers to our mailing list will be the first to read the full report. Subscribe to our Cyclegram newsletter to receive the full report in your inbox this Thursday.

Today and tomorrow, we will release infographics of some of the data contained within the report. Here is the first infographic (click for a bigger version). Check back tomorrow for the second!
