The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia has been asked to participate in a walk-through of Eakins Oval with the City of Philadelphia and the potential project managers who will be developing a plan that creates a more bike- and pedestrian-friendly Eakins Oval and Ben Franklin Parkway.
While we know what the problems are with the Oval, we want to be able to bring your voice directly to the city and project finalists.
