As our members and supporters know, the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia have been working to figure out the best way to serve our community during the COVID-19 Crisis. A few weeks ago, we put out an “essential workers survey” asking what else we could do for our community. One of the things we heard was people who need their bikes during the pandemic could use some pointers on some basic bike maintenance.

Enter Kieran Campbell. Bicycle Coalition Youth Cycling’s Program Coordinator has been providing those tips to our Facebook followers every Tuesday at noon. This week, he gave tips for maintaining and adjusting your bicycle’s brakes and answered folks’ questions afterwards.

You can watch it here:

Next week, the first Tuesday of Bike Month, Kieran will do an introductory course on tools needed for basic bike maintenance. Watch Tuesday at noon at Facebook.com/Bicycle.Coalition
