The Commonwealth Financing Authority awarded funds from the Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program to three Circuit Trails projects early this month. Additionally, the Multimodal Transportation Program awarded funds towards eight projects that will improve bicycle and pedestrian accessibility in the five PA counties that make up the Greater Philadelphia area.
