Donald X Campbell was out cycling with friends on October 24th at 10:37am, Black Lake Place and McNulty Road in Northeast Philadelphia, when he was struck by the driver of a a black Chevrolet Suburban.
The driver did not stop, fled the scene, and is currently wanted by the PPD for questioning.
Friends Campbell had been cycling with snapped a photo of the back of the driver’s vehicle, which was sent to us:
The driver nor the SUV have not yet been located. Donald is currently in ICU in staple condition and still fighting. The Bicycle Coalition, Campbell’s friends and family, have also been in touch with the Accident Investigation Division of the Philadelphia Police Department about the incident. The PPD recently released this footage in their quest to find the driver:

I am a long time friend of Donald and have been trying to reach him for a while. I have been living in Nashville, TN for the 23 years and we kept in touched via phone. After being enabled to reach Donald, I checked the obituary pages and found this. I would like to know how is he and how to reach him.
