RiverLINE at Delaware River Heritage Trail Crossing
On June 5th we will explore New Jersey’s newest Circuit Trail in Burlington County, NJ: the 5.5 mile section of the Delaware River Heritage Trail between Crystal Lake Dam and Roebling Park will become a segment of the East Coast Greenway. We’ll start in downtown Bordentown, follow a signed on-road route and then ride on the paved shared-use path through the woods and cornfields of Crystal Lake Park.
After we cross the first signalized commuter railroad crossing for a trail in NJ we’ll skirt around the historic Roebling Steel site on the edge of the Delaware River. Current Bicycle Coalition Members can attend for free. Not a member? A one-year membership is included with the regular $35 ticket price upon registration for the event. Additionally, this ride is also free for attendees of the New Jersey Bike and Walk Summit.
