Last year, the Bicycle Coalition held its Dia de los Muertos Ride to honor the dead while promoting safety with a ride through Philadelphia. We were joined by the Norristown based bike club, Champions Lowriders, who are passionate about biking, family, Latino culture and building customized bicycles.
In Norristown, the Champions Lowriders Club recently celebrated two years of building community and biking with families who are passionate about promoting culture, arts, sports and unity. The celebration was held all day on Sunday, March 19th with live performances from many musical artists including a dance performance by Danza Azteca del Anahuac. The venue was packed with local vendors, families, cyclists and so much more making the day a memorable celebration with the members of the Lowriders Club.
The Bicycle Coalition is looking forward to joining the Champions Lowriders Club for their upcoming rides and events this Spring and Summer. You can follow the Club’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube!
