The Bicycle Coalition Youth Cycling athletes and teams are getting ready to compete at the Hustle N’ Ride at Hunting Park on May 11th!
Hustle N’ Ride is not just any cycling event; it’s a celebration of cycling passion, perseverance, and community. From the adrenaline-fueled North10 Time Trial to the strategic intensity of the Criterium races, every pedal stroke will be a testament to the dedication and spirit of our youth cyclists. And, with the addition of the inclusive Bicycle Club of Philadelphia Community Ride, Hustle N’ Ride is an event that cyclists of all levels can enjoy!

The North10 Time Trial:
Support our BCYC youth as they pedal into the wind and race against the clock in our thrilling North 10 sponsored Time Trial event! Cheer them on as they push their limits through the winding roads of Hunting Park and venture through the approximately 1.25 mile loop that surrounds the entire interior of the park. This is the ultimate test of speed, endurance and sheer determination. Time Trial waves begin at 9:30am.
The Bicycle Club of Philadelphia Community Ride:
Join fellow enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels as we pedal together, soaking in the sights and sounds of Hunting Park in the Bicycle Club of Philadelphia sponsored Community Ride! This inclusive ride will kick off around 11:30 am and take place around the approximately 1.25 mile loop surrounding the interior of the park for 30 minutes of fun, fitness, and fostering community connections. All participants must register here by Friday, May 10th. Bring your own bike. Helmets are REQUIRED.
The Hunting Park Criterium:
Cheer on our youth at the adrenaline-pumping action of our Hustle N’ Ride Criterium Races! As our last event to round out the day, our youth will showcase their speed, skills, and abilities as they navigate every turn of our dynamic course. Join us in this unforgettable youth criterium experience. Races kick off shortly after the completion of the Community Ride at 12:15pm.
Schedule of Events:
- 9:00am– Welcome / Staging for The North10 Time Trial
- 9:30am to 10:30am — The North10 Time Trial
- 10:30am to 11:00am — Adult Time Trial Demo Race
- 11:00am — Staging for The Bicycle Club of Philadelphia Community Ride (open to public)
- 11:30am to 12:00pm — The Bicycle Club of Philadelphia Community Ride
- 12:15pm to 1:25pm — Criterium Races
- 1:30pm — Awards
