The Bicycle Coalition will be giving away and installing sets of bike lights to cyclists for free at two locations this week. Being seen while cycling at night is essential, especially as the days grow shorter. Don’t forget that Pennsylvania law requires a front light and a rear reflector or light when riding before dawn or after dusk.
