A covid castaway, Alan Spooner has returned as our Interim Development Director, a capacity in which he served the Coalition from 2016 to 2021.
He currently resides in Frederiksted, St. Croix, a U.S. Territory in the Virgin Islands. He rides his bike everyday, but on the left hand side, as is the custom with all traffic there.
