If you’ve been to Burlington City in the past few months you may have seen purple E-Scooters on the street. Rich Rollerz powered by GOAT! was launched in October 2021 with 10 scooters. It is the first micromobility sharing service in South Jersey and the first scooter share in the Greater Philadelphia region. GOAT operates as a franchise model (like McDonalds) with local owners buying equipment and support services from GOAT.
You can ride the scooters by downloading the GOAT app. The cost to ride is $1 to start and 60 cents per minute.
