Closing out this year’s 20/20 Vision for Vision Zero Conference will be State Senator Larry Farnese (D-1) and Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney.
State Senator Farnese will speak about his efforts to get SB565, the Parking Protected Bike Lane bill, to the Senate Floor and ultimately the Governor’s desk, a critical measure that will will allow communities across Pennsylvania to install parked car protected bike lanes.
Mayor Jim Kenney will share his thoughts about the progress being made by Philadelphia’s Vision Zero program to eliminate traffic deaths.
