The Better Bike Share Partnership (BBSP) will be hosting their July Beginner-Friendly Bike Ride in the Parkside neighborhood of Philly. BBSP’s Beginner-Friendly Bike Rides are great for bicyclists who have basic bicycling skills and want to ride on trails that are completely separated from cars. These rides are also a great way to explore new trails, green spaces, and meet other riders.
Parkside Ride Details
Our Education Team will guide you on a 3 mile ride in the historic Parkside neighborhood of Philadelphia. The ride will begin and end at the Parkside Ave and Belmont Ave Indego Station, and Indego bikes will be provided for registered participants. Highlights of the route include the Concourse Lake Trail.
– Snacks and water will be provided
– Helmets will be provided and participants can keep the helmets after the class (because safety is important for all bicyclists!)
