Resources and Projects: BEEP The Bicycle Coalition, working with the Philadelphia School System has developed the Bicycle Education and Enhancement Program. Work continues on expanding the BEEP program. South Street Bridge Reconstruction In the next 2 to 3 years the Philadelphia Streets Department will be rehabilitating the South Street Street Bridge.
