The 23rd Annual National Bike Summit will take place from Sunday, March 27 to Wednesday, March 30, 2022. At the 2022 National Bike Summit, attendees will convene around the theme of Choosing Our Future. As 2021 has presented individuals and institutions with a host of transformational opportunities, there are many choices ahead about how the bike movement can shape the future for the next generation, from climate change to racial equity. Thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law now is the time to do the work of engaging with new partners, uplifting communities that have experienced disinvestment, and ensuring we build networks on the ground and among movements.

2022 will be a hybrid event. You can choose to go to Washington DC to attend mobile workshops (an example: exploring the District’s expanding protected bike lane network that now includes a new cycle track between the White House and the Jefferson Memorial) or you can attend the summit virtually from home. All keynote speeches, plenary sessions, and panels will be online only. Congressional visits on Lobby Day (March 30th) will most likely be virtual although there is a possibility that some Senate meetings may be in person.

You can register for the Summit here. If you are only interested in attending the Virtual Lobby Day meetings for your congressional rep and Senators you can do so for just $25. You will also be required to attend an issues briefing beforehand. Please email us to obtain the special Lobby Day only code.

We look forward to seeing you online or in Washington.
