oTIS is going to conduct a spring “round up” for abandoned bicycles.
Here’s a map of what they have so far on their list.
We mapped “open” 311 reports of abandoned bikes from 2016-2020.
If you know of a bike that is not on this map, please either email otis@phila.gov with the bike’s location and description or submit a 311 “request”. Instructions for how to use 311 is below. (There are reports that the app has been buggy lately, so emailing otis might be simpler.
If you don’t have it already, download the Philly 311 app for IOS or Android, and create an account.
To “submit a request”, you’ll be offered some options. Use the “Other” option. Follow the steps in the image below.
We strongly recommend that you take a picture to upload using the app. You’ll receive an incident report in order to track the progress of your request. You can also submit via Twitter @philly311
