This month is our Member Drive, and we’re celebrating by sharing the stories of a few of our supporters. This week, we’re highlighting Tattooed Mom in Philadelphia, which has shown us and the cycling community a lot of love. Robert Perry, the owner of this beloved South Street institution, shared with us why he supports the Bicycle Coalition:
As a business with decades of love & support from the cycling community we are grateful for our friendship with the Bicycle Coalition.
They have been a partner in raising awareness about cycling issues in the city. From bicycle lanes to safety to parking to education they have been at the forefront as an advocate for everyone who shares our streets.
Through our membership in the Bicycle Coalition, we’ve enjoyed countless cycling events and meet-ups, had our voices heard in government on cycling issues & stayed informed on the latest cycling news.
It’s an amazing feeling to be a part of the vibrant and growing community of cyclists in the region & we’re thankful to have the Bicycle Coalition as partners in making Philadelphia safer and more enjoyable cyclists, pedestrians and drivers.
Tattooed Mom has given us a much-coveted t-shirt, gift certificate, and two Mom’s Chips (good for $.50 off every item not already on special, for life). We’re raffling this prize off to one lucky Member Drive participant this week. Want to get in on the drawing? Join, renew, or give a special donation today for a chance to win.
This week, there are two other perks to participating: we’re offering the chance to win a Fuji Nevada mountain bike, and everyone can snag our latest merch, an I Bike PHL enamel pin. These are limited-edition, so get yours today!
You realize that you can’t make entry into the contest dependent on donating, right? How does one sign up without giving?
Hello: This is a raffle for a nonprofit organization, not a sweepstakes, so we are allowed to base participation on donations.
However, since you seem very interested in participating without supporting our work, please send an email to donations@bicyclecoalition.org and you will be added to the contest.
