Celebrate Burlington County’s recently completed construction on a new 5.5 mile section of the Delaware River Heritage Trail through Bordentown, Mansfield and Florence!

On July 10, 2021 at 11 AM, join the Burlington Board of County Commissioners at a ribbon-cutting ceremony and group bike ride along the trail. The meeting location will be at Crystal Lake Park in Mansfield, NJ.

Please RSVP for this event by July 7 to news@co.burlington.nj.us and indicate if you plan on joining the group bike ride. Those interested in participating in the group bike ride should bring their own bicycle and helmet. Water and light refreshments will be provided at a rest area 3.5 miles from the meeting location. Attendees are also welcomed to run or walk the trail if they prefer.

Joining us at the event will be Congressman Andy Kim and pop-up tents with tables including the Circuit Trails Coalition, NJDOT Rail Safety, County Sheriff’s Office and more!

For details on the ride, please refer to the planned route. Round trip the ride measures about 7-8 miles and do-able for all ages and abilities. We look forward to riding with you along the newly opened Delaware River Heritage Trail!
