Local Cyclocross season officially began this past weekend in Wilmington Delaware, which brought out hundreds of women and men for the official USA Cycling event on a DuPont family estate. Throughout the season, there will be dozens of Cyclocross events throughout the Delaware Valley and greater Mid-Atlantic region.

The Bicycle Coalition is proud to partner with Quaker City Cross, an event happening later this month, on September 20, 2015. Located in Charlestown, Pennsylvania, registration has already begun, and for those interested, volunteers are needed.

We’re especially grateful that Quaker City Cross has offered to help us raise funds for Cadence Youth Cycling, our youth program which helps Philadelphia students foster healthy habits, independence, and leadership through the sport of cycling. Quaker City has generously put a link to our donation page on their registration page and will be making a donation from the full proceeds of the race.
