A lifelong resident of Greater Philadelphia and “compassionate rainmaker,” Kristin Conran earned her degree in Journalism, PR, and Advertising from Temple University. After spending 15 years as an account manager and sales leader for media companies like Philly.com, Metro Philadelphia and Digital First Media, she felt a strong pull to do something more meaningful.

Five years ago, Kristin earned her Certificate in Fundraising from Villanova University and made the leap into the development world, serving as the Director of Major Gifts and Business Outreach for Bishop McDevitt High School in Wyncote. Kristin’s desire to give back to society, along with her talent for building strong relationships, has fueled her success and helped her grow major gifts exponentially. She is a “roll up your sleeves and get the job done” kind of person, whose natural creativity and tenacity drive results for nonprofits.

When she is not deepening relationships with donors, you might find Kristin on the golf course with her beau, watching her two teenage sons play sports, or walking her lab mix down at Valley Greene. Her other interests include yoga, the beach, and (of course) bicycling.
