Gloucester County: Meet Your New Chair

Rebecca Kreck (right) with two of her fellow Mullica Tri Club members at Mullica’s 2018 Kickoff Meeting

We’re pleased as punch to announce that Gloucester County has its first ever BCGP Affiliate Group, Chaired by an inspiring cyclist and triathlete. Rebecca Kreck officially took the helm yesterday. Before she had even signed on the dotted line, she helped Leonard staff our table at the 2018 kickoff meeting for the Mullica Hill Women’s Tri Club, the largest all-women triathlon club in the nation, if not the world!

Rebecca worked the room in amazing fashion as hundreds of club members filed past our table. She knew dozens by name and brought them over, where news that we advocate for Gloucester County was met with surprise and enthusiasm!

Not one to sit on her hands waiting for us to tell her how to get started, Rebecca is already at work planning a Bike Gloucester County kickoff meeting for April, with as many as three guest speakers (not including Leonard!). To put it lightly, things are moving in Gloucester County, and we couldn’t be more excited. We believe that every community in our region should and can be bikeable and walkable!
