Riverways Collaboration and the Philadelphia Ship Guild are co-hosting The Big Paddle: Two Cities, One River, taking place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
This event entails a 10-mile paddle across the Delaware River from Pyne Poynt Park in Camden, NJ to Pleasant Hill Park in Philadelphia, PA. Rest stops and on-water support will be available throughout the day, as well as a shuttle to take participants back to Pyne Poynt Park after the paddle concludes.
The event aims to raise awareness about our love of the river and desire to see more recreation in our urban natural areas. All those comfortable kayaking or canoeing are welcome!
