Plaque Dedication for Mario D’Adamo III Esq.

Join the family of Mario D’Adamo III Esq. on the 2nd Anniversary of his fatal crash to honor his memory with a plaque dedication. Refreshments will be provided at the Swedish Museum following some short words at the plaque.

Mario filled FDR Park with laughter, motion, and kindness – running, cycling, walking, and sharing moments with those lucky enough to cross his path. It was a place he loved.
On August 4th, 2023, while doing what brought him joy, his life was tragically, stolen by an impaired driver. The silence left in his absence is profound. To honor his memory, never drive impaired. Let his legacy be a life lived with love and a reminder to protect the lives around us. A beloved son, brother, friend whose light will never dim in our hearts.

The family is asking that you join us at the plaque dedication, the plaque will be near the skatepark (map below). The group will then move to the Swedish museum for refreshments.

The D’Adamo family has asked that donations be made to the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia and Mother’s Against Drunk Driving in Mario’s memory.
