Philly Bike Ride, Independence Blue Cross (IBX), SOAR Foundation Racing (SOAR), the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia (BCGP), and their Youth Cycling Program (BCYC) have all teamed up to host a social pop-up ride that brings neighbors together for a positive community experience centered around cycling. This event is for riders who are comfortable sharing the road with motor vehicles.
