Love Our Essential Workers Day

We’ll be at Love Park from 9am-2pm for an event in appreciation of essential workers who rely on their bicycle to get to and from their work, or who rely on their bike as part of their duties as an essential worker.

Mechanics will be onsite doing free, basic/minor adjustments to bikes. The intended participants in this event are grocery store workers, restaurant workers, bicycle delivery workers, and medical professionals.

This event has been spearheaded by Marzhel Salvador Pinto Mojarro, professional race mechanic and a member of the Bicycle Coalition’s Anti-Racism Committee.
