Adult Learn to ride at Lloyd Hall
This Adult Learn-to-Ride class is a 2-hour session for adults or mature teens who are ready to ride a bicycle! This will be an outdoor lesson along a quiet lane. Depending on weather and availability, this class may be moved to the Azalea Garden to encourage social distancing. An additional $14.04 (including tax) fee is paid directly to the Wheel Fun rental kiosk at the start of class for the bicycle rental. This rental fee is not included in the non-refundable registration ticket, which are available on a sliding scale from $15 – $35.
Height Restriction: bicycles rented for this class cannot accommodate students under 5’2″.
Students will learn how to balance, pedal, start, stop, steer, and properly adjust a helmet. Most participants will learn to ride during the class, but even if you don’t, you’ll leave with a simple method to teach yourself.
