11:00AM – BCYC Mountain Bike exhibition race p/b PICL
11:45AM – The TD Bank Big Loop Community Ride (Registration required)
12:00PM – Children’s bike & light giveaway at Lil Philly Safety Village
12:30PM – BCYC Criterium exhibition race
