On Sunday, October 23, Cadence Youth Cycling athletes went to Central Bucks County for the annual “Covered Bridges” ride—and it was a blast.

The Covered bridges ride is an annual ride that happens in central bucks 5 route options 20 mile flat route to 63 mile strenuous route, you get to see some of the beautiful countryside crisp fall, leaves, covered bridges in Central Bucks County.

The Central Bucks County Bicycle Club supports CYC through their grant program and gave free admission for all of our Youth All Stars to attend, and Doylestown Bike Works cycling club sponsored our trip out there.

One of the groups took the 33-mile ride, which took some real physical and psychological strength.

Doylestown Bike Works rode with the youth athletes, providing opportunities for networking, coaching, and bonding. When the ride was complete, all the participants met in a park for a hot lunch, and hot apple cider.
