Bicycle Coalition

Bike Bucks County (BBC) is a volunteer affiliate group of The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. We’re engaged citizens working to promote the Bucks County’s bike and pedestrian trail network, The Circuit, and safer road routes. We encourage and work with the local municipalities and agencies of Bucks County.

With two grants from the Bucks County Bureau of Tourism, BBC designed two maps for cyclists – Loop Rides on the Delaware River Canals and Bucks County Bicycle Road Map. These maps are located at local bike shops, Bed and Breakfasts (B&B), and several county Visitor and Welcome Centers.

An education committee has conducted many Bike Skills Rodeos, Health Fairs, school and camp assembly programs and has provided Bicycle safety materials on our website.

The Bike Bucks County website also contains PDF versions of our maps, over 100 loop rides (maps and cue sheets) in BC, and links to all BC bike shops, B&B’s, and historic and family oriented attractions.

BBC members have organized and attended meetings at the local, county and regional levels to promote bicycle trails and road routes. We gather information to share with the public on our social networks – Facebook and Twitter.

BBC invites any BC resident to join our group to help us improve cycling in Bucks County.
