The City of Philadelphia is looking to make upgrades to Market St (between 23rd St and 15th St), JFK Boulevard (between 15th St and 20th St), and 20th St (between Market St and JFK Boulevard). This will include improving the bike lanes, installing more permanent infrastructure and creating a high-quality bike connection between JFK and Market on 20th St. The project page includes a survey where you can highlight problems (and where things are working well) along the corridor.
The Survey format may give you a headache. It involves centering a satellite map over the locations where you have issues, then typing in your comment into a text box. To make this process less tedious, we suggest trying this on a laptop or desktop computer:
Open Google Maps (20th St between Market and JFK). Use Street View if needed.
Select a location on the map where you would like to submit a comment. In the app, touch and hold on the map to drop a pin, then tap the pin to see the coordinates. In the desktop version, right-click on the desired location and to copy the coordinates at the top of the menu.

Open a new text document and paste in the coordinates, then type in your comment. Repeat for each location

Go to the survey; instead of dragging the map, you can paste in the coordinates.
Put your comments in “Describe the issue in more detail”
Use the + button to add another issue.
More plan information is available on this one-pager.
