The Schuylkill River Trail has been named the Best Urban Trail in USA Today’s 10 Best Reader’s Choice Awards! It beat out 19 other trails nominated from all across the nation following an online voting process. In celebration, banners recognizing the trail as Best Urban Trail have been created for each of the trail’s five counties (Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Berks and Schuylkill). Dignitaries represented by each county will unveil the banners during the press event. |
