The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia’s Deputy Director and Operations Director have new skills in measuring the impact of our work. From January to September, they immersed themselves the Social Impact Collaborative (SIC), a program of ImpactED at Penn’s Fels Institute of Government.

SIC was launched with funding from the William Penn Foundation as a 9-month pilot program that offered training and support to 10 William Penn Foundation grantee organizations seeking to improve their ability to collect and use data to inform their work. Watch below:

Megan Rosenbach and Diana Owens Steif worked on aligning BCGP’s data collection to our 2020 strategic plan, created new ways of tracking our advocacy team’s incremental successes, and formed a centralized location to document data that is accessible to all staff.

The work continues as they train staff at our monthly lunch-and-learns and strategize with our team on new ways to tell the story of our work’s impact.
