Bicycle Coalition

The Bicycle Coalition is celebrating its 45th Year this October, and we’ve decided to go back to where it all began: A bar.

The Bicycle Coalition was begun by a group of avid cyclists meeting in the bar at 30th Street Station back in 1972.

On October 19, join us at Tattooed Mom at 530 South Street, from 6pm to 9pm, for a 70s-themed anniversary party to celebrate our 45th year advocating for better, safer bicycling in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

(Yes, it’s a 70s-themed party. Come in your best costume.)

In addition to a plain old good time at an awesome bar, Tattooed Mom is offering .50 cent perogi throughout the night, and drink specials fueled by Lagunitas Brewing.

The event is, of course, free. The Bicycle Coalition will, however, be auctioning off a new Juntos e-bicycle—tickets of which will be $5.

If you join the Bicycle Coalition via this link, you get seven raffle tickets.

Hope to see you at the party—and don’t forget to come dressed to impress (like it’s 1972!)

RSVP for the party and see the bike you could win here.
