The Bicycle Coalition’s 2016 Year in Review

giphy-10

It’s been quite a year at the Bicycle Coalition of Greater of Greater Philadelphia.

We’ve seen our first parking-protected bike lane in the city, reached 320 miles of Circuit Trails throughout the 9-county region, worked with a victim’s family to enact change at the state level, advocated for (and got the ball rolling on) a Vision Zero policy for Philadelphia, among other things.

There’s lots more to do, but for the time being, feel free to take a look back at what we were able to do over the past year.

Over at BICYCLECOALITION2016.ORG, we’ve put together a month-by-month webpage, depicting all our accomplishments and highlights of 2016.

Topics: Action Center, Biking in Philly, Biking the Suburbs, Cadence Youth Cycling, Connecting Greater Philadelphia Bicycle Network, Featured, research, Safe Routes Philly, Vision Zero, Women Bike PHL
