As part of the Better Bike Share Partnership, the Bicycle Coalition visited prospective sites for Philly Bike Share last week to get feedback from the public. Balloons were placed at sites and surveys were handed out to gather information on these locations in South, West and North Philadelphia.
This proposed station location is at Broad and Ellsworth next to the Ellsworth-Federal stop on the Broad St SEPTA line. What are your thoughts on this location? Would it be helpful to you to travel to a Phils game or get to and from work?
Wharton Square park at S 23rd and Wharton in South Philadelphia’s Point Breeze neighborhood. Would you find a station like this at a community green space to be a good destination?
